Gotham Greens are an unconventional set of farms, growing local fresh food in greenhouses atop of buildings -- spaces that otherwise wouldn't be utilized. Their farms are solar and wind powered. They are also energy, water and land efficient, providing a sustainable local option even in dense urban areas.
